Could I be pregnant??!
Never had a baby before, but I experienced heavy flow pms like blood after second day, it went away.now just light spotting abdominal cramps slightly gas n light side pains n extreme tiredness n light headed. No breast soreness or too much nausea ...could I be pregnant??
