I just started taking maca two weeks ago. This is the first month I haven't had spotting 4 days before af. I day until at and no spotting! Maybe it's helping?

When during your cycle do you take it? Day 1-O or the whole time?

I really like maca. The first cycle a used it I ovulated earlier(just a heads up) and I got pregnant!

I have been taking it all cycle.

I have been taking Vitex and Dong Quai this cycle to balance my hormones. I started taking both CD1 and it shortened my period from 10 days to 4 days and I ovulated on CD18 as opposed to CD23 last cycle. You stop taking Dong Quai after O, but continue Vitex the whole cycle. I read that it takes 3 months for the Vitex to fully take effect, but I am already pleased with the improvement I have seen.
