Diarrhea in early pregnancy

I am about 6 weeks pregnant and recently I have found I am in the bathroom every hour with diarrhea. Has this happened to anyone else early in pregnancy? It happened to me with my son but I was in my third trimester when my stomach started acting up. Any advice is appreciated!
