Clomid and provera

Hi well this is my story i was put on 100mg of clomid but my periods would go for days.. and i didn't ovulate.. with progestrone test on day 21 this went on for a few months so now he has put me on provera for 10days and then clomid 2 to 6.... no tests so i don't know if i would have ovualted. his put me on this for the next 3 months and if doesn't work his going to put me up on 150mg.. I just wanted to ask if I didn't ovulate just on clomid by it self but putting me on provera will help the progestrone? last time i took provera i went for 11 days which is alot better then 30 days! has anyone else had this issue??
