Yup, ovulation very painful but worked for me x

I have long irregular cycles due to PCOS. My OBGYN put me on 50mg clomid days 5-9 as well. The first round I had no cysts and a dominate follicle. I did not ovulate that cycle but at least the cysts were gone and it was a 30 day cycle. My only side effect was I had a slight headache for a couple days. We took a month break and I have taken it this current cycle. I noticed some twingy pain on my left side CD 15 which is a good sign I have been told. Hoping to find out next week if it fully worked or not. Hope that it works first time around for you!

Thank you ladies. I have heard a lot of negative things about the side affects, but at this point I'm willing to try anything. I also have long cycles that it makes it impossible to keep track. Good luck when you test! Send baby dust to you. Tottie congratulations on your baby :)

I was on 50mg of clomid for my first round and didn't O and then the doc put me on 100mg clomid i still didn't O but my periods would go for 3 to 4 weeks straight.. so now he has put me on provera to help regulate, jumpstart my cycle and 100mg .. i did my 1st round Im not sure if i did O but am on to my 2nd round this month.. I know it does work and got told alot of women conceive by there 3rd round and most by the sixth round which worked for my sister on 150mg of clomid no problems with her pregnancy at all..
