why im I gaining so much weight so fast?

So I have been getting positive tests and have a doctors apt. soon to see how far along I am, im guessing im only 4 weeks but I have gained 4 pounds already. Why is this?

Hi there your not the only 1 I'm also 4 weeks and I'm looking 4 months as I can even fasten my trousers anymore, my stomach is so bloated I'm trying to hide it as I don't want people to know yet as it's far to early x
