Peppermint oil
I have been getting very bad IBS during first Trimester - I take two tablets a day which seems to help loads but I have literally just read that it can be very harmful in the early stages of pregnancy and as you can imagine I am now incredibly worried - this is my first baby an I'm now panicking that I have done the baby harm! Please help!!
