How to thicken lining.

Last month my endometrial lining was 6.2 on day 14. I was told they like to see a 10. Any ideas on how to make this happen?

Hey I used Brazil nuts just about 5 a day n I drank pomegranate juice and pineapple juice (not from concentrate) I about 2 or 3 glasses a day, I usually had 2 pomegranate and 1 pineapple, gd luck hope this helps x

Oh with the pineapple stop drinking it about 7dpo just incase you get pregnant x
