Implantation or start of AF?

So, I am now 11dpo and I got a BFN this morning with an FRER. I have been having stomach cramps for most of the day and I bled today during/after intercourse, it was brown/pinkish. I thought it was AF coming 3 days early (due on 28th Feb) so I put a tampon in and when I took it out 2 hours later there was nothing. Could this be implantation bleeding and could the cramps be due to implantation? I'm lucky I never get cramping before, during or after AF so the cramps are very out of the ordinary for me.
