Question

Is my daughter changing my cycle???

I'm 36 and I've pretty much always had regular 28 day cycles but last month I was a week late and now this month I'm already a week late (35 days since last period) with no af in sight... I'm prone to worry and this has me in knots (menopause/cancer...?) The only new thing that I can think of is that my 11 year old daughter got her first ever period last month and one day later I got mine (it was a week late). This month she hasn't bled and I'm still waiting... Could it be her hormones leading mine astray??? I have an appointment on Wednesday with my gyn but I'm finding it hard to keep my anxiety in check til then so thought I'd ask here. TIA

I think that could be a possibility but being 36 years old and ttc. You should make sure your diet is top notch for ttc, stop drinking coffee, keep a check on your weight. You could even have a fertility checkup

In my psychology text book (university) it states that there is no proof that this happens and that it is a myth. But other places I have read that it happens. So I'm not sure..
