Question

What could i take for these cramps? :/

5w3d , been having some itense cramping.. its on and off but definitely there, both side not in abdomin more by my hips and ovarys. I told my Dr at my 5w ap he said its just stretching and I can feel alittle more beacause of my 1born was a c-section. Now pregnant with my 2nd after a mc back in Dec. I have every symptom with this baby! From nauseous to back ach, cramps, super sore tender breast , leg cramps, food craving, heightened sence of smell, the whole 9yards!! Ahhhh, Now I'm not sure what I can take to help with these cramps, Tylenol isn't helping...

Unfortunately, Tylenol is the only thing you can take that's OTC & most drs aren't going to prescribe anything since you're in the first trimester. Increasing your fluid intake may help. I had bad cramping with my current pregnancy during the 2nd trimester & that is what my dr recommended - it helped. Feel better!

Try taking magnesium on a daily basis, it works on muscles and headaches, great for keepin' u regular as well. Its a very important element in the body, one of the most abundant, if u are deficient, it can mess up a lot of processes. Safe for u and baby...no more than 400mg.
