Heavy Lifting while TTC

Hi, just wondering about heavy lifting while TTC. I am currently in the TWW period at 4dpo and will be helping hubby at work tmrw lifting 20kg render bags etc. I don't even know if I''m pregnant yet, just don't want to jeopardise it either...thoughts?

To be honest if bub is gonna stick bub will stick.. I'm a vet nurse and lift 40kg dogs daily, and 2 days after my ivf transf I rearranged our whole clinic, furniture, storage boxes all way over 20kg each on my own.. I'm now pregnant I honestly wouldn't stress

Im 19wks tomorrow and I still lift 50-60lbs with no problem. Use ur legs not ur back, u'll be fine!!
