What are the side effects of red raspberry leaf tea ?

Hey ladies I was just wondering if you have ever taken red raspberry leaf tea ? What are the side effects of it I've been taking it for about a week now and I have been cramping and having a lot of lower back pain also my breast are so sore and they feel heavy. I know the cramping is normal but the lower back pain is really bothering me . I would really appreciate your input . thank you and baby dust to all : )

I took this. I was getting really bad migraines while taking it. I didnt realize it was a berry. DUH right. I am allergic to berries. They give me migraines.

Lol , im not allergic to berries , now that i think about it it could just be that i have a cold i just want to know what you other ladies have experienced thank you
