Either way actually. Depends on your body and at what point you caught your surge going up or coming down. I usually O the day after a postive opk sometimes the day of the positive opk. Just all depends :) Most will O 12-36 after a positive surge. Good luck!

You could ovulate that day or up to 3 days later ish. FF says that you dont usually ovulate the day of a +opk but it could happen. Last month I felt my "Ovulation" wasnt sure i did until my temp and ff confirmed I ovulated that day.
Are you temping? That is the best way to know when you did ovulate. OPK is for before and have a higher chance of knowing vs not. but Temping is the only way to confirm for sure
