Hardness on my left side.

I just noticed a somewhat ball feeling on my side. My areolas are larger with veins and my chest has far more noticable veins. No period. No BFP. Am i just crazy? Asking too many questions i know I'm sorry.

I went last Wednesday. He told me if I still didn't get AF to come back in a week to come back and get another blood test. I guess it's time to go back. Thank you!
