Question

Running during TTC & pregnancy? I run regularly at least 3 to 5 miles four to five days per w

I mostly run on the treadmill between 7.6mph and 8.8mph on the high-end.

This is what I think: 1) increased blood flow is a good thing 2) overheating is a bad thing 3) exhausting yourself is a bad thing 4) eat well because otherwise your body may make assumptions about whether this is a good time to conceive. I think the general advice is not to increase your exercise during this time, but it is fine to continue as normal with a routine you have already adapted to. Don't push yourself hard. If you find you are not getting pregnant, you may need to rethink things. Best of luck.

5 years TTC. Endometriosis and adenomyosis. Surgery. 2 IVFs. No joy. Low ovarian reserve. Is there any real hope? DE IVF = next step. Much higher success rates, but so used to things not working, it's hard to feel too hopeful. Wishing others an easier time.
