Question

Need Help, Calendar says I am 6 weeks 3 days but the Ultra sound say 5 weeks 5 days? Should I worry?

So I am comfused and need to see if any of you have had this happen, I went to my first ultra sound, they said according to the calendar I should be 6 weeks 3 days and according to the first ultra sound I am 5 weeks 5 days. They didn't say much only that they will keep their fingers crossed. Should I be worred I am going to miscarry? Not sure what to think?

Try not to worry, its so early on, a lot can change. My first U/S was 8w2d LMP or 8wks by confirmed O date, baby measured 7w5d, so 4 or 2 days behind depending which date u chose (they stick with LMP so 4 days). My next scan was 13w2d LMP (13w O date) and baby measured 13w3d, so ahead by 1-3 days. Ur really not that far behind, and if u dont track ur ovulation, u actually could be dead on. Most doctors (here, anyways) are ok with a 5 day buffer, ultrasounds are not 100%.
Congrats!! =))
