Breasts not sore anymore?

My breasts were sore from 7dpo to 13dpo, today I'm 14 dpo and my AF if due in 8 days but my breasts are always sore up until AF comes also having back pain and a lot of cm I've had cm since I've ovalated though. Been having these weird cramps that come and go since 9dpo does anyone else feel this way?
