Your progesterone is fantastic! I'm doing ivf and they expect your hcg to be over 100 by 16dpo however as yours is a natural conception there is no guarantee your dates are exact so you won't really know until you have another blood test so you can look at doubling time..
I've had 3 miscarriages.. My first I had a hcg of 4.6 at 15dpo, second 112 at 15dpo and 3rd 15 at 14dpo.. So as you can see its hard to tell but my first and 3rd were early miscarriages (chemical) and the second was a mmc at 8 weeks.
