Can I have a very faint positive hpt 2 days after implantation and 3 days before expected period

Took an hpt first thing in the morning and two days after implantation. received a very very faint positive, I think. I did the test three days before my expected period. Is it possible to get a positive result that soon after implantation? As the HCG hormone had time to build up at that point? Please help!

I suppose it's possible, but pretty unlikely. My guess is either you only thought you saw a line and there wasn't actually one, or you're farther along than you suspect.

Turns out i had an evap with both the equate brand and also the first response early result. I took another first response this morning and no line at all. So disappointed. I thought we had done everything right. By the books. Maybe next month.
