When do pregnancy symptoms get stronger?

I'm 6 weeks pregnant and only real symptoms are fatigue and frequency of urination. Sometimes i get heartburn and gas but that's about it..anyone else have few symptoms and have successful pregnancy? Putting all my trust in God this will be a sticky bean our little miracle baby

Hopefully never! Hah! HPTs might keep you sane - making sure the line stays dark? definitely get under the care of a doctor or midwife and tell them your concerns. They can give you some ways to keep calm.

I had none with my first pregnancy and he was born healthy with no complications. This is baby #2 (2nd preg) and so far, at 14wks, no symptoms yet. U dont have to have ur head shoved in a toilet for baby to be ok, try not to stress it and just enjoy that u feel GREAT! =))

I was massively sick with both my boys, and I wasnt with my 3rd pregnancy. Sore breasts but no sickness, I ended up miscarrying at 12 weeks even though the baby had died at 6 weeks. I even had sore breasts through 9 weeks... This time around I have again the sore breats and no morning sickness and it terrifies me. I had an ultrasound on Friday that showed by baby about 5d behind where I thought it would be but I wasnt sure of ovulation so I was okay with it, and it also had a strong heartbeat so doctor says everything looks good so far. Still cant help but wish I felt sick to feel better about this baby's chances. I see where you are coming from.
