Scan query ?????????
sonographer said less than five weeks but gestational sac and yolk sac seen with a mean sac diameter of 8mm. I had positive tests for two weeks now? I thought i was 5w4d at the scan also by the internet thats what a gestational sac and yolk sac say in the fifth week.

When I was 5w4d my US showed just the gestational sac no yolk sac, at 6w3d we say gest sac and little bitty baby, barely saw much of anything no HB seen yet, at waht was supposed to be 7w3d we saw baby and a heartbeat of 126bpm measuring 6w6d, so looks like my dates were just a bit off and so far baby is fine :)
It's not an exact science really at this point! It's really all an estimate, we all ovulate and make babies a little differently. Go in for a rescan in a week or 2, it makes a difference!
