If its what ur used to doing, then u should be fine. Women are encouraged to continue exercising when preg, just stay well hydrated, make sure taking in ample calories vs what ur burning, and slow down or stop when u feel its too much. Dont push urself.

I have an older friend and she was a runner in high school and kept going every morning at 6 am she continued running up until her third trimester and than she jogged till her kids were born and she had 5 kids and was the healthiest mom I know.. You keep doing what you are doing.. Just listen to your body just like dakotagurrl said!!

If you normally do it, it should be fine. It's recommended to not start any NEW exercise programs when pregnant but if your body is used to it then it's actually more beneficial to you and the baby to keep it up rather than suddenly becoming a couch potato. You'll probably be lucky and bounce back to pre-pregnancy size quickly as well!
