Signs of early pregnancy?

Just had this weird sticky mucus like stuff (sorry this is disgusting) it is sticky with streaks of blood in! Is this implantation? Tried getting in doctors Friday but no apps! Can anyone help? Also had slight stomach cramps 4 days late on period.
