Is the baby aspirin supposed to help to prevent miscarriages? I may look into that as well. As for help conceiving - I have been taking fertility blend for women, it did help me to conceive after trying for over a year. However, my pregnancy resulted in an early MC at 5wks. I take it daily, throughout my entire cycle. I'm not sure if they'll have me stop taking at all after I get pregnant. I've had multiple chemicals, so my specialist has me taking baby aspirin, extra folic acid, and now added Lovenox. Have you have any testing done? Usually once you've had 2 or 3, they'll start testing to see what might be causing it. I had some done with my ob, who didn't do much other than give me clomid and say I could try baby aspirin. Once I started seeing my fertility specialist, he had a lot more testing done and found that I have MTHFR.

I'm on it until 36 weeks pregnant

I read to start taking day after af which I am doing. And I read it does help prevent miscarriage.. We shall see
