In my situation the brown spotting turned out to be an ectopic, but don't freak out just yet, my ob did say (before we knew) that spotting brown can be a normal thing and not to worry especially if your around when af is due. If it continues call your ob and let them know I am sure they will check all your levels, if not ask them to. It could be just irritated cervix or your little one digging in deeper to the lining and such nothing big. Drink plenty of water and try to take it easy till it stops. It's good your still getting nice positive tests :) hope you have a happy healthy 9 and congrats :)

In some pregnancies, it is considered normal to have light spotting. For both of my pregnancies i bled everyday for the first four months and then it went away. My doctor said that in some cases it is just blood that was suppose to shed as if you were having a normal period or that your cervix is irritated in some way. You should worry if the bleeding is followed by extremely painful cramping and heavy bleeding. Good luck!
