Anyone going or have been through this?
I don't know how to tell how many dpo I am. I have a pink pad app that I use to keep track of my cycles. My periods come from 27-35 days. My app says that I ovulated on the 20th so if that's correct I would be 14 dpo on 1/3/14 right? My next period is due on the 3rd or 4th. I'm going to test on the 6th if it dose not come.
Maybe 6-9 dpo: I had tender breast.
10 dpo: tender breast, and a little heartburn
11 dpo: tender breast, what I thought was my stomach hurting.
12 dpo: tender breast, stomach hurting, headache, later that night I all most puked but didn't, and I woke up at 7:30 that morning having to use the bathroom because I had the runs. Sorry tmi I know.
13 dpo: tender breast, dull cramps in lower back that comes and goes, my head feels like a headache is coming. That feeling you get before the headache comes.
Any advice I get will be so much help. I'm slowly learning. By thank you in advance.

Hi there. You can only know how many dpo you are for sure if you chart ovulation. Do you track cervical mucus or do OPKs? Neither can tell you the exact date you ovulate so if you wanted to know that then you would need to do BBT charting. Ask away any questions you have about tracking cycles :) Don't trust apps! They are dangerous in that they can give you the completely wrong info about ovulation and therefore cause you to miss the right dates for intercourse every month!
