Don't let your doctor just give you a prescription for a couple months and say see you later. Make sure they follow up and run blood work to make sure you are ovulating and adjusting your dose as needed. I wasted a couple months on clomid not even ovulating.

my doctor is doing blood work on the 2nd cycle, i guess he doesnt expect it to work the first? and i dont get back to see him until 4th april, so if all goes well i should get 2 or 3 cycles in before i get back. thanks

My first cycle of clomid was this month I'm currently at 6 DPO, my main SE of it was night sweats. also, having some different cramping and slight prickling feelings in uterus region on and off but honestly if I wasn't really paying attention to my body I prob won't even notice. Not sure if its the clomid causing it or what?? I have Pcos so maybe these feelings are normal to most but new to many bc I don't know what it feels like to ovulate until now!lol

In addition to clomid I'm on metformin 1500mg daily (been on that over about a year).....good luck!!!! ;)
