This cycle I was on Clomid and did Regular Mucinex and grapefruit juice (preferably organic). I starter the juice and Mucinex 3 days prior to O and had an abundance of CM. Good Luck!!

The Mucinex (or any Guaifenesin-only medication) worked for me too. In general, just make sure you are drinking plenty of water (or other liquids, like grapefruit juice) to stay nice and hydrated because your body needs it to make CM. Good luck.

To increase cm, lots of water, very important to stay hydrated...and Omega-6. Ur looking for the GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) content which is an Omega-6 fatty acid. Evening primrose oil contains this acid but in fairly low doses, borage seed oil contains 2.5x more than EPO. U could also talk to ur doctor about additional estrogen supplements, that helps quite a bit. Then there's the guaifenesin, as mentioned previously, keep in mind this will only thin ur mucus, whether hostile or fertile, it only thins, does not create. Worst case, try preseed or another type of sperm-friendly lube, theyre very helpful to those who make next to no cm.

Honestly Im going to advise you try pre-seed lubricant with instead soft cups. I used it when we were ttc our daughter and got our bfp that cycle so give it a try if you haven't(:
