Mc nearly 8 weeks ago.
Hi ladies
I had a mc at 5+3, I bled normal for 6 days and everything was good, this was on the 22nd oct.
I haven't had an AF since, and have no idea if I have even ovulated, I've had what I thought were a couple of + opks but it's so confusing.
Has anyone else been through the and how long has AF taken to return. I don't understand as I wasn't far along in the pregnancy.
Any help appreciated

Sorry for your loss. I had a miscarriage at 10 weeks so it was quite different, VERY painful and long. Anyway, even with that far along my cycle got right back on track. I ovulated as per normal. There are two likely possibilities for you. Firstly, have you checked you are not pregnant again? There are many, many women who get pregnant straight after a miscarriage. You seem to be more fertile then. Secondly, have you been checked to ensure that your hormone levels have gone down and there is no retained tissue? That is the other thing that can delay your cycles from getting back on track. If your body thinks you are still pregnant, you won't ovualte or have your period.
