Am I having early pregnancy symptoms?

So this is my first month TTC and I'm experiencing tender nipples, had some cramping about 3 days ago, I've been having little globs of translucent very stretchy cervical mucus, I've been pretty exhausted, and also heart palpitations which are not normal as frequently as I've been having them.

So how many of you experienced these signs with BFP's?

My cycles are normally 28-30 days and so I'm wondering if I should just test today or if you think it would be to early?
