Smelling things that arn't there?? Please help?

I'm 14dpo, and for a few days I've been smelling far more than I normally would. I don't have that great of a sence of smell, so I wouldn't know if things actually smell like this or not. Lately my BF's laundry room smells like boiled shrimp, his car and other humid places smell like chicken nuggets from mcdonalds, and today my shampoo smelled like something I couldn't even figure out! Also, last night I was eating subway and I tasted like lettuce, when it had steak, onions and tomatoes on it.

Is this a pregnancy symptom or am I going crazy?
