Sore throat remedies for this preggo lady anyone???

Help ladies...I'm 7wks preggo and started having a mild to medium sore throat. I think it's due to post nasal drip yeah gross I know. My throat just feels scratchy and irritated I keep having to clear my throat and feels dry. Also my right ear is bothering me a bit along with a light cough. I have been taking children's liquid off brand tylenol 2 1/2 tsp Anyone have any tips for relief for me natural remedies suggestions etc? Thanks;)

Plain Robitussin cough syrup (Guaifenesin), all cough drops, Chloraseptic Sore Throat Spray (Phenol). HOPE YOU FEEL BETTER SOON!

Honey and lemon is all I'm allowed to take with paracetamol. I have snuck the odd throat sweet here and there when it got really bad. I've had a nasty flu type thing for nearly 2 weeks. Horrible isn't it!!! :(

Thanks ladies and yes it's horrible!!!Lol I feel a tad bit better today I added some saline spray , cough drops, and sore throat drops to my regimen. I need to send dh to the store for lemon and honey hopefully this will knock it on out
