Q: Is burning and painful nipples and early sign of pregnancy.

Never been pregnant and it just came out of no where.

It can be but not always. My nipples started doing that when I was about 21 years old. Had a massive hormone shift apparently and it became a new PMS symptom for me after that. Now, a few years later, I rarely get it anymore, but last cycle when I got pregnant it started happening again =)
