Not a clue, help?

So, I'm 12dpo and I'm having lower back and lower abdominal cramps, I tested yesterday, but got a bfn :( ... But today I had this big blob of ewcm with a spot of blood (tmi,.. Sorry) but yeah other than that been tired and had slight nausea, should I take a hpt, anybody who got a bfp after this would be good, or anyone with done good info for me :)

Have you had sex within the past week? If so, this could be ejaculate as I've had a "gush" several days after sex. I would do my best to wait a couple days before re-testing, maybe even waiting until I was late by a couple days

No, I haven't had sex this past week, AF is due on the 14th, it's more creamy ( sorry) cm now, my body is so strange. Thank you though
