I'm 4 weeks preg. I'm having some cramping on and off. Should I be alarmed?

I'm right there with you. Only it's different kind of pain. The cramps are more like stretching aching and they even go through to my lower back. Some cramps are good it's your uterus stretching as long as there is no blood.
