Question

Flu vaccine and cycle delay

I had the flu vaccine about 2/3 weeks into my cycle (not sure exactly as not got it wrote down in diary) and I am now on day 42 of an average 29 day cycle. Cycle I had a hsg went 42 days too. I have got a bad cold, chest infection and tonsillitis since just before the weekend, though the non stop headache and sniffles started a week before then. Could the vaccine have affected my cycle?
