HELP! So lost:( need advice!
I'm so confused I've been trying to read things about early pregnancy. Some say "you not know your pregnant and have no syptomes"others say YES you have syptomes" but then different people give different times when you feel them. Some say a few days after conception others say a few days after a missed period some say months later! I DONT KNOW WHO TO BELIEVE! I went to two doctors and got a urine test came back negitive. I had unprotected sex 16 days ago. 7 days past my period. What should I do!? I have felt so sick and had all these pregnancy signs. As when I starting felling this way I looked up pregnancy signs and they all match. Is it too soon? If I wait until Thursday next week would that be more accurate? :( so lost
My symptoms are:
Nausea
EXTREME FATIGUE
lots of discharge
Some sharp pains in my lower stomach
Missed period by one week
Food cravings
Hard to sleep at night
Face and neck get really hot
And and that's just my main issues there's more

What you read is true for those women as we are all different and every pregnancy is different. I had a child 11 years ago and had my period the first two months and did not have implantation bleeding, I did not have morning sickness often may 2 times. I became pregnant in July with no implantation bleeding, but I also didn't have a period, it ended in miscarriage, i had morning sickness every morning. I'm pregnant again and this time I had what I thought was a light period, but learned it was implantation bleeding, i have morning sickness but not everg day and i live in the bathroom. So as you see with me each pregnancy was different.
