I have been trying for past 10 months, I have a regular cycle. I got my periods today again. This time I'm very depressed. My Doc says everything is alright and I would get conceived soon. I'm following her advise and medication for past 6 months :(

This is going on my second cycle really just trying. I was really sad last month I actually cried which shocked me because I knew I would be disappointed but not as emotional. I'm on edge this cycle but I will be more prepared this time around.

I've been TTC for going on 8 years now. It is perfectly normal for it to take upto a year in healthy couples. It is still normal to be upset when it doesn't happen. Try to be realistic about how long it takes, that has always helped me to stay positive.
