Can Implantation bleeding happen at 15DPO? If I ovulated on day 21 of a 30 day cycle?

I have had a really weird cycle this time. Sept 19 LMP, had sx on sept 29th, ovulation kit says high and peak on oct 4,5. sx again on tues oct 9, then had major Ovulation oct 10. Period was due Oct 19 th and nothing. Had sore boobs, headaches, bloating, tired, moody and I swear my boobs are bigger. I am one who never gets cramps before AF. today day 16 I had a major cramp and then went potty and wiped and had pink cm on TP. nothing since then , Is this implantation? But tests still are negative. At this point Im 6 days late. thanks everyone.
