How to tell my brother who I've never seen eye to eye with that I'm pregnant?

My mum flipped out when I told her, I'm scared my brother is going to do the same and somehow take it out on my mother. He lives four hours away from me so I'd be telling him over facebook, cheap way out I know but if I text him I know he'll phone me and shout at me.
I just hate getting bad reactions when my pregnancy is such good news to me and my OH

I wouldnt bother telling him at all. U dont need that bs, if he cant be supportive then I wouldnt bother sharing ur good news.

Exactly what dakota said. Screw that noise. This is happy news for you. If nobody else can be happy, they don't need to know. Or, tell them and then tell them to keep their opinions to themselves.
