They are very scary at first but look on the INSTEAD website and it gives a video. It slips right into place...you shouldn't feel it at all! Put it in while you are lying down quickly after he pulls out! Use your index finger to push the soft ip right behind your pubic bone....it's easy I promise and you can wear it up to 12 hrs. And the pressed is amazing! HE WILL LOVE IT!!!!

I have been TTC for two months and this month we decided to use the Preseed and Softcups. I am playing the waiting game for my BFP, but I have to say I really feel different this month. I have had really good AF (no cramps, no problems, three days light and they are gone) and now I am feeling crampy and have a backache along with sore breasts a week before AF is even due to show up. I LOVE the Preseed, but the Softcups did take some getting used to. We used them 4 nights and the good thing was if you BD right before bed you can leave them in overnight while you are in a laying position and they hold all the good stuff close to your cervix. I kept them on my nightstand so right after I could pop it in and right now, I am really a believer! Hopefully, I will not have to use them next month, but if we weren't successful this month I will definitely use them again! Good luck and lots of baby dust to you all!
