My Chart w/ Major Temp Rise
Can everyone look at my chart and tell me if you think it's pretty textbook. As far as I can tell it is, but I had a large temp rise this morning at 7dpo, could it have been implantation? I know most people get a dip, and not a rise. This is my first month charting, so I have no other cycle charts of my own to go off of. Thank you for the help.

Looks good to me but everyone is different so rather than comparing to other people you will want to compare your chart from month to month. The high temp may be an anomaly. You really are looking for your temp to stay above the cover line for 10-16 days depending on your LP length. When it goes under the cover line, AF is likely coming.
Some people experience an even higher rise if pregnant while other's don't. I seem to have the 3 phases (low, high and even higher)
