*23 DPO and still no AF*
I am on day 48 of my cycle and 23 DPO and still no AF. I have taken three pregnancy test and all were negative. The last test I took was a week ago, and I am nervous to take another one incase it's negative. I have always had very irregular cycles, but after I got off my birth control it has gotten somewhat normal. I have been off bc for 7 months now and have had 4 consistant periods with my longest cylcle lasting 38 days. I am having some mild nausea that comes and goes (but it has been consistant for over a week now), headaches, heartburn/indigestion, fatigue (I have just now started to feel this in the last 4-5 days), and very tender nipples and slightly tender breast (I had a breast reduction in Dec. 2011 so I don't know what will be normal for me as far as breast tenderness goes). I have had what I think as some mild darkening of the areola but my eyes could be playing a trick on me. I have also noticed an heavy increase in cervical mucus that is creamy looking. What do you think?

Thanks! I think I am going to call the doctor today and ask for a blood test. I am now two weeks late and had another negative test this morning. Fingers crossed! I have heard of many women having delayed results all the way up to 12 weeks, so maybe this is what is going on!
