Light spotting early on can be normal for some people. If it continues I'd def call your dr just to be safe. Everyone is so different it's hard to say if it's normal for you or not. Good luck with things!

i have light spotting too and im 5 weeks 5 days today.. do u feel cramps?

also not to freak u out i had mc last sept. when i went to my dr last week she said im oregnant again!

spotting could be okay in some cases. If it's not gushing red blood with cramps it should be fine. Although when I have miscarried in May it started off with dark brown and everybody told me it's normal. That carried on for about a week until red blood started to gush out. I am 8w1d pregnant today with a new pregnancy and about 2 weeks ago started to get light brown/pinkish discharge again. Went to the doc immediately and saw a beautiful little heartbeat on my internal scan. Doc put me on hormone supplements and the brown and pink stopped since then. Just go to your GYN/OB and let them do a scan, maybe your progesterone is also a bit low. if it is you have to get on some medication right away. Good luck xx
