pregnancy test right time

hi!, i would like to know how early i can do pregnancy test. my history as below.
i terminated my 1st pregnancy using MTP kit on my first pregnancy which was in june 2013, but after dat my period started in 5th august, then 2nd period started on 10th september 2013.but i done unprotected sex with myhusband on 13th september 2013 but here i doubt my husband has not inserted penis inside vagina but he ejeculated on entrance of vagina.till date i not got my period n generally my menstrual cycle varies between 30 to 35 days now tell me what is d right time n how early i can check my pregnancy test accurately. plz advise. i done pregnancy test on 13/10/13 it came negative. so i should assume it is completely negative or i should do again???. n for early morning first urine, how much hours i need to sleep any specific hours r there to concentrate HCG in blood.?? plz advise i am alone n we r bit confused for dis

They say to take a test first thing in the morning because that's usually the longest you go without using the bathroom so the hcg is most concentrated. It seems like by now you would have a positive result but some people don't get it until well after their expected period. Contact your doctor this week they could do a blood test. Sometimes urine tests are not acurate
