Hey! That's great! When r u gonna ovulate this cycle? Do u track ur BBT n CM?

I don't track my BBT, just my CM.

Hiya, it's hard for me to track bbt as I work nights I've only done it once but thought is give it another go this month, I do watch out for my CM I also use OPKs xx

Ur almost about to ovulate, right? How often do you bd? Alternate days or everyday? M somehow inclined to do it everyday of my fertile week this cycle.

We normally start BD on CD 10 then every other day until I get a positive OPK then BD for 3 days then miss a day then BD again, we are trying the sperm meets egg plan again, we have only tried that once so thought I'd get it ago again xx

Have heard of the sperm meets egg plan, need to read up on it. Then maybe I could decide the plan of action for this cycle.

Ye that's what we are doing the sperm meets egg plan, if you have a look in my journals you can read about it there Hun it tells you what to do xx
