Implantation symptom????

I am currently 4 or 5 dpo and woke up with MAJOR lower back pain and my temperature dropped below the coverline. Anyone had this symptom? This is my 3rd month TTC after a miscarriage

Hi there I'm currently 5-6 dpo ATM. I'm having back ache, belly ache/cramps, my boobs r sore around nipple area. I'm not to sure how to say this but I do feel different and have felt different since I ovulated. Have u had these too?

Yes! My breasts are not sore, but my nipples are sensitive. I've had a little bit of cramping, but nothing compared to my lower backache. It woke me up last night and had continued today. Feels like I strained a muscle constantly though. Last time I was pregnant, my lower back ached bad, but not until around 10 or 11 dpo. It is too early for my period to start but I'm not sure if I'm overthinking it. Last time I noticed the veins in my breasts were super pronounced before I got my bfp.

It's a little too early for implantation. The temp drop is very common and should go back up tomorrow. Try not to read into symptoms too much, esp this early in the game. Good luck! =))
