Is he on any meds or supplements? There are some vitamins he can take that will help build count, morph and motility. Another woman on here had some bad numbers as well, motility I believe. I gave her a list of vitamins and once her dh started taking the vitamins, eating right and exercising, the numbers jumped huge after 3 months. The motility went from like 6% to 42.4%. Its not gonna be an all-in-one pill tho, he's looking at taking about 9 pills a day but they will work.

Just found her journal, count went from 18 million to 72 million and motility went from 6% to 42.4%. Idk the morph cuz she didnt post it. Its worth a try!! =))

Hi :) Thank you so much for replying, He only takes 1000 mg Vitamin C and 15 mg Zinc a day right now and his count did go up a million but other factors went down unfortunately so anything that could maybe help would be amazing :) That's brilliant about the other woman's experience it's definitely worth trying i think :) what would you suggest? I'll hit ya with some links to her SA journals, that's where I wrote all the vitamins and dosages. It will take a good 3 months, but u should definitely see a difference. Never, ever give up, u'd be surprised just how much a change in lifestyle can affect both sperm and egg health. Best of luck! Msg me if ya need any help with anything!! =))
