10dpo and symotoms gone??

1dpo- Felt hard on lower abdominal (probably just a sign of ovulation still around)
3/4/5dpo- Achy Abdominal (like muscles were strained)
6dpo-Achy abdominal, heartburn at night, a bit of gas and nauseated
7dpo- Pulling in lower abdominal, nauseated throughout the day. small appetite.
8dpO-Took a test BFN
9dpo-moody, boobs full and tender (could be af its due on September 23) veiny boobs, bloating, gassy, bubbles in lower abdominal, had the worst
sleep ever last night. Insomnia. took a test BFN

Now today at 10dpo- I feel fine, except this evening getting the pulling or twinges or whatever it is in lower abdominal REALLY minor cramps??
